Lawrence Landweber : ウィキペディア英語版 | Lawrence Landweber Lawrence Hugh Landweber is John P. Morgridge Professor Emeritus of Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He received his bachelor's degree in 1963 at Brooklyn College and his Ph.D. at Purdue University in 1967. His doctoral thesis was "A design algorithm for sequential machines and definability in monadic second-order arithmetic."〔(WorldCat )〕 He is best known for founding the CSNET project in 1979, which later developed into NSFNET.
